Amazing Rewards System

Membership qualifications, redemption rules, exclusions, and card validity.

Qualifications

  1. All New Vehicle releases and existing VIP Card Holders (GOLD)
    • Qualified for the discount and points earned on their services/parts purchase.
    • Redeeming of points as perks/discount can only be use on their next visit.
    • Free Membership.
  2. All migrated customers of Service, OTC Parts & Accessories customers
    • Need to pay a P200.00 registration fee to enjoy discounts and earn points.
    • Otherwise, earning points will only be applied.
    • To be entitled to the discount, a total accumulated P50,000.00 worth of amount spent on for Services or purchases is required.
  3. Insurance Renewal Customers
    • Need to pay a P200.00 registration fee (for the membership).
    • Entitled to the discount applied on the next visit.
  4. Existing Customers for Insurance renewal

Exclusions

  • Non-genuine Chemicals.
  • Accessories from New Vehicle Releases (Genuine and Non-genuine) not included.
  • Excluded for Jobbers.
  • Cards/Points are non-transferable to other customers.
  • Discounts on the Amazing Rewards Program are not in conjunction with ongoing/existing promos.

Redemption Process

  • Rewards/Point Discount can be redeemed at any time of transactions.
  • Points Discount will be deducted from the total amount bill of the customer.
  • Redeeming of rewards/discounts is at Toyota Oben Group only.
  • Points earned for the day can ONLY be redeemed on the next visit.
  • Present Amazing Rewards QR code when redeeming points reward items/discounts.
  • Registered owner customers can redeem points.
  • Non-Registered owner - Assignees/Drivers should present a photocopy of the Amazing Rewards Card or QR code/Card no. with an authorization letter to the registered owner during the redemption of points.
  • Redeemable rewards of points cannot be used in conjunction with other promos and discounts (need to choose if a discount or redeeming of points).

Validity of Card

  • Amazing Reward validity is good for 2 year.
  • Renewal fee of membership: P200.00 - renewal can also be redeemed from points earned.
  • The earned points coverage is valid for 3 years from the date of purchase/transaction.
  • Points are not convertible to cash.
